Mazda Race fans

After six days of testing, practice, qualifying, and racing; six season-opening races in three Mazda-powered series; one 12-hour endurance race; and lots of excitement and fun in the Florida sun, we're relieved and grateful—if not a bit sad—to see the end of another exciting running of the American Le Mans Series' (ALMS) 12 Hours of Sebring.

Mazda, Mazda6 is leading the pack

We're honored to announce that our all-new, SKYACTIV 2014 Mazda6 has been selected as one of three finalists (alongside only the Aston Martin Vanquish and Jaguar F-Type) in a very prestigious competition: The World Car Awards' 2013 World Car Design of the Year.

As reported by the USA TODAY, the Examiner.com, Automobile Magazine and others, our all-new, SKYACTIV® 2014 Mazda6 has earned "Top Safety Pick+" status by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

As USA Today explains, Top Safety Pick+ status is given only when a vehicle earns a top score of "Good" in the IIHS's newest crash test—small overlap front test—in addition to the existing four tests that determined Top Safety Picks in the past:
• Moderate overlap front test

• Side test

• Rollover test

• Rear test
